hi everyone..

sorry its been so long since my last update i have been doing the headless chicken thing trying to get things organized in time for the 1st week of September. And i am glad to say i have accomplished the mission.

1st up let me congratulate everyone who took part in the muay thai demonstration last weekend we had a great display of technique conditioning and in all cases heart as everyone did their best. I do have several pictures in the works which are just getting edited after which there will be a cd available to the athletes looking for shots of their portion of the session. To get your copy of the cd please email me at

up next is the ever changing schedule.. with school back in and summer winding down we have been getting solid feedback regarding the proposed day classes so they will begin the week on monday september 21st

The new day classes schedule

Tuesdays at 12pm – Muay thai

Wednesdays- 12pm- Jiu-jitsu

Thursdays -12pm – Muay thai

Depending on demand we may add additional day classes so lets see how this goes.

Childrens program,

Our children’s program run by a true martial arts master will be getting under way this month as well and while the exact times are still up in the air the classes will be running sometimes between 3pm-5pm with our regularly scheduled adult classes starting at 6pm.

My upcoming fight is scheduled for november 13 in Winnipeg vs Dan Grandmaison,  Dan is a great athlete on a solid winning streak so anyone looking to step thier training up is welcome to follow my lead in prep for the fight as i plan to step into this match in my BEST SHAPE EVER..  ive been told it will be airing on the Score TV network across Canada so all you sponsorship minded individuals know what to do :)

email me at  PEAKMMA@GMAIL.COM to go over advertising opportunities

speaking of which here is a video of syrone spong in what i think was his best weight warming up pre fight.. one of my favorite thai fighters.
