hi everyone i am official back on the scene and hard at work in preparation for my upcoming competition nov 13 in CFC#3 to be held in winnipeg.
My most recent travels had me out in dominican republic at Jiujitsu de la Costalocated inside hotel extreme directly on cabarete beach in just outside puerto plata http://extremehotels.com/
training here was great and i was lucky enough to swap positions with some quality guys including joe, ken and yamasaki jiujitsu brown belt Papo.
i got some pics and video of training there and around the trip as i love to keep the camera handy. so check back later in the week to see PAPO’s super tight variation on the stack guard pass.
other than that fight prep is going well and i should peak just at the right time for the event making this what i hope to be a standout performance, speaking of which above are some more pics from the recent muay thai sparring demo..
